Google plans to stop supporting the outdated IE6. Its limited support of modern functions is hindering Google to unfold the full potential of Google apps on this old browser.

Today, we are going to move our free screenshot service to another server, so the thumbnails will be unavailable for the next 2 days. We apologize for the timeout, but the huge demand forces us to get some new hardware where the script can run on. Yet, doing so will result in faster snapshots and less timeouts.

SPDY: An experimental protocol for a faster web
Today, HTTP and TCP are the protocols of the web. TCP is the generic, reliable transport protocol, providing guaranteed delivery, duplicate suppression, in-order delivery, flow control, congestion avoidance and other transport features. HTTP is the application level protocol providing basic request/response semantics. Universal handy chargers are due
The International Telecommunication Union ITU has approved a Universal charger (Universal Charging Solution – UCS) for all the world’s mobile phones. Malcolm Johnson, Director of the ITU standardization offices, said: “This is an important step in reducing the environmental impact of mobile charging, and also has the advantage that mobile phone use is getting easier. Universal Chargers are a reasonable solution, and we look forward to it to be used also in other areas. ” The International Telecommunications Union is a specialized agency of the United Nations.
